We have the exciting opportunity to go away together as a church family next year and it’s a joy that so many people have booked a place. The Inspire Weekend Away 2024 will be a great chance to get to know each other better, have fun together and enjoy time delving into God's word with a guest speaker Nat Charles.
Joy: The serious business of heaven
Like a seam of precious metal running through a mine, or the lettering in a stick of rock, joy is deeply embedded in the Christian faith. Christianity is bursting at the seams with joy. Yet very often, it doesn’t feel that way. Over the course of the weekend, we’ll explore the why and how of joy in the Christian life, and seek to enter in more fully to the joy that is ours in Jesus.
Guest speaker: Nat Charles
Nat Charles pastors a church in London’s east end. He was born and raised on the Welsh borders before moving to London for an English Literature undergrad degree. Raised in a Christian home, it was at university that all he had learned about Jesus started to shape his heart. Since then, Nat has been in London, married to S-J (Sarah-Jane), working briefly in Communications before full time ministry in the student world, and theological training for ministry in the Church of England. Nat and S-J have three children: Zachary, Arlais and Harrison.
Bookings closed on Monday 26th June
